Return & Refund Policy - Harlbury

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed and unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at studio@harlbury.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery (such as earrings) or intimate garments once the seal or packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty. We are also unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have any questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Your 30-day right to cancel (United Kingdom)
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without giving a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed and unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You may examine and try on the item as you would in a shop; we may only reduce your refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary. The refund is made without undue delay after we receive your return, to your original payment method, including the standard delivery cost you originally paid. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them.

Return fees

For faulty, incorrect or damaged items: no cost to you. We cover the return shipping and refund you in full. This applies whenever the product is incorrect, damaged in transit or defective in any way.

For a change of mind: the actual return shipping cost is your responsibility. This applies when you ordered the wrong item, the size does not fit, or you no longer wish to keep it. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 7 working days. Please remember that your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
