Camel Coat - Belted Longline
The camel coat, cut long and left to wrap. There is no button placket and nothing to fasten: a wide self-fabric belt draws it in at the waist through a squared gold-tone buckle, and the rest falls clean to mid calf. It is the layer that finishes an outfit you have already stopped thinking about.
The cut
A broad waterfall collar rolls back from the neck and runs the full length of the front, so the coat reads soft rather than sharply tailored. The body is generous through the shoulder and straight through the skirt, with a single vent at the back to keep the walk easy. Vertical in-seam pockets sit at the hip, deep enough for cold hands. One flat button holds each turn-back cuff.
Fit
Cut with room for a jumper underneath. Sizes S to XXL, which we map to UK 8-10 through UK 18-20; the full measurement chart sits next to the size selector. Between sizes, or planning to layer heavy knitwear beneath it, take the larger one.
