The Painswick is knitted in a brushed yarn with a soft, downy surface that catches the light. A neat crew neck, a single row of pearlised buttons, and a relaxed cut with dropped shoulders and gently full sleeves: worn buttoned, it reads as a jumper; worn open, it is the easiest layer you own.
The cut
Relaxed through the body without swamping it, finishing at the hip, with fine ribbing at the collar, cuffs and hem. It runs generous; between sizes, take the smaller one. Full measurements sit next to the size selector.
