Classic Crew-Neck Jumper in 100% Merino Wool
The Fernwick is the knit the rest of a wardrobe leans on: a clean, regular-fit crew neck in 100% extrafine Australian merino wool, fine enough to wear against bare skin, warm enough to see you through the coldest months.
Design and fabric
Merino is nature's answer to scratchy wool. The fibres are finer and smoother than regular wool, so the knit feels buttery soft rather than prickly, and even a thin layer holds warmth better than any man-made fibre. The Fernwick is knitted in a fine 12-gauge jersey from densely plied two-fold yarn, which keeps the surface smooth and gives it lasting anti-pilling performance. A ribbed collar, ribbed cuffs and a ribbed hem finish it properly.
How it wears
This is the definition of a layering piece: sleek enough under a blazer or a winter coat, complete on its own with jeans or tailoring. Grey Marl is the workhorse that goes with everything, Bottle Green brings depth to camel and cream, and Burgundy warms up navy, denim and charcoal. Naturally breathable and temperature-regulating, it stays comfortable from a cold commute to a heated office.
Fit
Regular fit, true to size, with a neat shoulder and a straight body. The model is 176 cm (5ft 9in) with an 83 cm bust and wears a size S. Full garment measurements for each size are in the Size guide, next to the size selector.
