The fluffy cardigan, cut short.
The Eyford is knitted in a long-haired yarn that settles into a soft halo around the body, so it reads as texture first and as a cardigan second. Four domed pearl buttons run from the neckband to the hem, and the body stops at the waist, which keeps it light over a high-waisted trouser or a midi skirt.
Design and fabric
A soft-touch knit with a long brushed pile that catches the light and gives the edges a blurred, downy outline. The neckband, cuffs and hem are worked in fine close ribbing, so they hold their shape while the body stays full and soft. Long sleeves, gently full through the upper arm. No pockets, so the front stays clean either side of the buttons.
Fit
Relaxed through the body and short, finishing at the natural waist. The knit has plenty of give and the sizes graduate gently, so the larger sizes sit closer to the body than the smaller ones. Full measurements sit next to the size selector.
