Womens trousers cut for the desk and the walk home. Rushmere sits high on the waist, eases over the hip on two soft pleats, then tapers clean to the ankle. The cloth is a fine herringbone twill, brushed just enough to feel warm without the weight.
Design
Two pleats fall from a four centimetre waistband, held by a single horn-look button and narrow belt loops. Slanted pockets sit flat into the side seam, so nothing breaks the line across the front. The hem is plain and stops at the ankle bone, long with a flat loafer, lifted with a heel.
Fabric
A fine herringbone twill: the weave turns back on itself every few millimetres, which is what gives it that quiet, tailored surface up close. Soft to the touch, with a little give across the hip, and it shakes its creases out overnight.
Fit
High rise, roomy through hip and thigh, tapered from the knee down. S to XXXL, mapped to UK 6-8 through to UK 16-18. Full measurements are in the size guide next to the size selector. If you are between sizes, or you like more room over the hip, take the larger one.
