A trench cut long and easy
This one runs to the ankle. It is cut wide and unstructured, with raglan sleeves that drop the shoulder line and give the whole coat a soft, unhurried column. Tie the belt and it draws in at the waist. Leave it loose and it falls straight from the shoulder.
Design and fabric
A smooth matte twill with a dry handle and enough weight to hang properly rather than flutter. The collar is a proper wide trench collar with broad notched lapels, there are buttoned epaulettes at the shoulder, and the sleeves finish in a deep turn back cuff. The front wraps double breasted and closes on two dark horn buttons at the waist, under the belt.
Fit
Oversized, cut to go over knitwear. Take your usual size for the volume it is meant to have, or size down for a closer line. Full measurements are in the size guide next to the size selector.
