Warm without looking like a duvet
Most coats this warm are quilted, and quilting reads as sportswear. Ingleby keeps a smooth shell, plain from the shoulder to the hem, and puts the warmth on the inside: a deep borg fleece that runs through the body, the sleeves and the hood. A drawcord at the waist stops it hanging like a sack, and the faux fur on the hood is deep enough to be worth putting up.
Fit
Straight and roomy, cut with real space for a jumper underneath. The drawcord pulls the waist in as much or as little as you want, and the body falls softly away below it. The hem sits just above the knee, 87.5 cm on a size M. Sizes run M to XXXL. Take your usual size. Full measurements are in the size guide next to the size selector.
