A silk blend top knitted in a fine vertical rib, cut close to the body with a clean round crew neck and long sleeves. It sits flat under a jumper, a blazer or a coat, and it holds its own worn on its own.
Design
The rib is narrow and regular, so the cloth reads as texture rather than pattern. The neckline is bound with a single rib about a centimetre deep, which keeps it neat wash after wash. Cuffs and hem are finished flat and plain, with no bulk to print through a second layer.
Fabric
A knitted blend of viscose and acrylic with mulberry silk and elastane. The viscose and silk give it a soft, dry handle; the elastane is what lets it stretch and come back. Warm without weight, which is the whole job of a base layer in a British winter.
Fit
Slim, with real give. Sized S to XXL, UK 8 to 18. Take your usual size for a close fit, or size up if you want a little more room through the body. The full measurement table is in the size guide, next to the size selector.
